My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I tailor each session to your needs, drawing on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Interventions. For those processing trauma or PTSD, I also incorporate EMDR therapy to help clients find relief and resilience.
